Report Requirements

Three Post Placement reports for the Philippines are required by NACC to be done at 1, 4, and 6 months after the family arrives home. You will meet with your family then write these. These reports and photos are often shared with the child care center personnel who cared for your child. They also serve to demonstrate that the child has made a successful transition.

Photo Requirements

Family or Home Study Agency should now upload the Post-Placement photo pages directly to Holt’s website, because NACC has started accepting reports and photos electronically. Families should also send copies to you so you’ll have the photos for your file as well.

Photo Guidelines

  • Quantity: 10 photos total, with captions for each photo
  • Size: Photos should be a good size
  • Quality: Good quality photos only
  • Content: Appropriate content (i.e. no bathtub photos, partially dressed, messy food on face photos, etc.)
  • Composition: Approximately half of the photos should include the whole family (or most of it), and the other half can be of the child alone or with friends, pets, extended family, etc.
  • ⚠️ Required: NACC requires a picture of the social worker with the child and family during the home visit so please be sure to take one during each visit.

We cannot send reports without photos because both are part of the Philippines post-placement requirements. NACC, (the Central Authority of the Philippines), sends or e-mails a copy of the report and the photos to the child’s previous care-givers so they can see how the child is doing within his/her new family, therefore photos are very meaningful in this particular country program.

Special Requirements for “Special Home Finding” Cases

  • If a child was placed from the special needs/special home finding list, in addition to the 3 social worker home visits and corresponding reports, families will need to submit self-reports at 2 months, 3 months, and 5 months after arrival.
