The medical conditions checklist is used to determine what families are open to. When a family is referred to one of our country programs, one of the following checklists is sent to them. It may be beneficial to familiarize yourself with your family’s chosen country Child Profile and some medical conditions on this list in case there are specific questions and/or concerns.
