Adoptive parents are best prepared to meet the complex needs of adoptive children when they are provided with extensive, ongoing, supportive training and preparation. Child specific and family specific training addressing the needs of each individual adoptive family and each adoptive child better prepare the family, the adopted child, and the unique needs of everyone that experience international adoption.
